Hudson Valley Paralegal Services, a certified New York State Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprise, was founded to provide freelance support to attorneys, businesses and the general public.

Its Founder, Annette S. Irizarry, is a Litigation Paralegal and a Notary Public with 25+ years of firsthand experience in civil proceedings involving personal injury, estates and trust, business formation, real property, family and domestic relations law.

Hudson Valley Paralegal Services offers years of experience in assisting attorneys with complex civil litigation matters with legal document preparation, court filings, research and investigation, as well as office management support, and bookkeeping services. 

We can also help individuals who have a legal matter but just need an experienced legal professional to help you prepare forms and documents including help with the filing of the forms or documents with the Court.  Some of the different types of matters that we may be able to assist with include uncontested divorces, child support, child custody/visitation, business formation, estate planning, probate filings, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and notaries.
